By accessing or using Challenge My Resume (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Challenge My Resume ("we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Challenge My Resume is an AI-powered interview preparation tool that analyzes resume content and generates interview questions, weak spot identifications, and answer coaching. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial, professional development purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in a job offer or career advancement. AI-generated interview questions are probabilistic predictions — they represent what an interviewer might ask, not what they will ask. Results vary based on resume quality, target role, industry, and individual performance. The AI analysis may contain inaccuracies and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at challengemyresume@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You must not share your account with others, use another person's account, create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, or use automated means to access the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.
You may not use the Service to: (a) upload resume content you do not own or have the right to process; (b) upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that violates third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the Service or the underlying AI systems; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations; (e) impersonate another person or organization in submitted resumes; (f) interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure; (g) access the Service by automated means except as expressly permitted by us in writing; or (h) resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
You retain full ownership of any resume content or other materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not claim any ownership of Your Content. The AI-generated analysis and interview questions produced for your resume are provided for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialize the outputs of the Service without our prior written permission.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscription fees are stated at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact us at challengemyresume@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Challenge My Resume, its design, software, code, branding, trademarks, and all content produced by us (excluding Your Content) are the intellectual property of the operator and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service or its content without our prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us freely without obligation to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED TURKISH LIRA (100 TRY). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Challenge My Resume, its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (e) any claim that Your Content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, the Service, or us, or if required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at challengemyresume@gmail.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and we agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any competent court.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
