By accessing or using Challenge My Resume, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Challenge My Resume is an AI-powered interview preparation tool. We analyze resume content and generate interview questions, weak spot identifications, and answer coaching. The service is provided as-is and is intended for personal, professional development use.
We do not guarantee that using our service will result in a job offer. Interview questions generated are probabilistic — they represent what an interviewer might ask, not what they will ask. Results vary based on resume quality, role, and individual performance.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
You may not use the service to upload content you do not own or have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the AI analysis, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or impersonate another person or organization in submitted resumes.
The analysis and questions generated for your resume are for your personal use. You own your resume content. We own the product, its design, and the underlying systems. You may not redistribute or commercialize outputs from the service without written permission.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months. If there is a billing error, contact us within 30 days.
To the extent permitted by law, Challenge My Resume is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Challenge My Resume operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
